Wideboy lovin
This dial type is known as the “wide boy” because of the usual hour markers and handset. You can see they are block-like, and well, quite wide. These were only produced for a short period of time during the early 70’s and I believe the idea behind the design was to make the dial more legible with these thick hour markers and hands.
Case: Excellent condition case with little to no signs of wear. Lugs are thick and balanced. 18K white gold fluted bezel is minty.
Dial: Excellent condition non-lume T SWISS T silver sunburst pie-pan dial with silver wideboy hour markers and handset. Open 6/9 date disc.
Bracelet: Tight jubilee bracelet (something rarely seen on a 48 year old watch). 20 links total, will fit up to around a 7 - 7.2 inch wrist. Clasp has a 1972 mark.
